By The Day
$600 per weekday night (Mon-Thurs), or $900 per night weekends.
There is a two night minimum.
By The Week
$3,500/week (Five weekday nights and two weekend nights).
By The Month
$10,000/month.
NOTE: A 10% hotel tax is collected in Santa Cruz for stays of less than 30 days.
Cleaning Deposit
A fully refundable $500 cleaning deposit will be held during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
A 10% deposit is required at the time your reservation is made. Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to your stay in order to be fully refunded.
